Twenty-five years ago, a journey began — built classroom by classroom, teacher by teacher, student by student, family by family. Today, we celebrate not simply how long SLS has existed, but everything that has happened because it did.
For 25 years, SLS Scholars School has been part of children's lives — their first classrooms, their friendships, their achievements, their challenges, their celebrations, their dreams. Some arrived holding their parents' hands. Today, many are building lives and careers of their own. Yet each became part of the same continuing story.
The SLS Story.
SLS Scholars School began with a belief in the power of education to shape not only knowledgeable students, but capable and responsible human beings. From those early years, the school grew through the dedication of educators, the trust of parents and the achievements of its students.
Twenty-five years later, that vision continues. The classrooms may look different. Technology may have changed. A new generation may now fill the corridors. But the purpose remains.

As we celebrate 25 years, we honour educators — past and present — whose dedication has shaped generations of SLS Scholars. Some taught Mathematics. Some taught Science. Some taught Languages. Some taught children how to believe in themselves.
The subject may be forgotten. The teacher often isn't.

Twenty-five years gives us a reason to celebrate the past. But education always asks us to look forward. New technologies will emerge. New careers will be created. New challenges will confront the next generation. SLS will continue to evolve with the world while remaining grounded in the values on which it was built.
2001 gave us a beginning. 2026 gives us a milestone. The future gives us a responsibility.
